Meet Julia Wackenheim, WRJPD Board Member & Social Justice Task Force Member
"Tikkun Olam is the concept that as a Jew, I am responsible - not only for my own moral, spiritual and material welfare, but also the welfare and health of the world. I haven’t always been Jewish, I made my conversion in 2009, but I’ve always had a sense of Tikkun Olam within my being. That is what drives me towards advocacy and public education on women’s rights and the current state of caregiving and caregivers in this country."
